You are on Hennepin Avenue between Lake Street and 31st street. This is the Suburban World Theater, photographed in the summer of 1999. The interior is unique, and is being renovated until May of 2000. Calhoun Square is behind you. This is one of three Uptown movie houses, the other two are The Lagoon and The Uptown Theater. Mager's and Quinn Bookstore is out of frame to the left.
