You are looking north from the west end of the Washington Avenue Bridge, pedestrian level. This is the west bank of the U of M Campus. On the left is the back of the new Elmer L. Andersen Library. It has a massive storage vault underground, in the riverbank, for archives. In the center background is the studio arts building. Wiley Hall is out of frame to the left.
